ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Create a PPT 5 Step presentation and present to all employees.

Create a maintenance list of items to be performed and turn this over to the plant manager. By providing this worksheet, he can track work orders. It is the start of a maintenance data base in progress.

I have taken on personal responsibility of ensuring that all of our fork trucks are inspected on every shift and that maintenance issues are addressed. I am in progress of implementing a process that was effectively used in the past with the help of HSE.

I am in process of reforming a safety committee. I have made safety a top priority and effectively communicated and demonstrated to all employees that safety is first by making sure that issues are addressed and following through.

Provide HR and timekeeping support in the interim from May 2008-July 2008.
